I placed a order to be delivered on mothers day. Not only did it not show up until the next day but I got no call or email letting me know. On top of that I paid extra to have card sent and no card was delivered. I called in and the gentleman on the phone said call back after 6 for a refund. He was rude on the phone and hung up on me. I don't blame the driver it's not his fault. But no info on anything, luckily someone was home on Monday. I hardly write reviews but I felt the company should know.

I ordered my husband an arrangement for his birthday for him to have a treat at his job. I sent an email and left a voicemail to let them know what time he got off work. No response. I finally just cancelled the order at 3:45pm. I placed the order before they opened today. Very disappointed and poor customer service. They don’t deserve to have my business .

Now I normally, actually I’ve never left a bad review. I ordered my mother something for Mother’s Day and although I do understand Mother’s Day is a very busy day you guys are not cheap. I paid almost $140 to make sure that my mother receives something from me, her daughter because I live in a different state. Not only did they not bring my mother‘s gifts, not only did they not call me to let me know that they wouldn’t make it that day after me having her wait all day …. They delivered her package the next day just the edibles, no teddy bear and no balloon two items that were very expensive as well… If you guys know that you’re going to be that busy you shouldn’t accept orders beyond what you can fulfill…. I’m so disappointed, if you’re in the area I suggest planning way ahead of time and picking up your own items. .

The other reviews are right. While I have had good experiences with other Edible Arrangement locations, the one is Summerville is abysmal. They STILL haven't delivered my order for Valentine's day (It's February 17th), and they won't answer their calls, voicemails, or emails. I will be reporting this as a fraudulent charge. They took my money and ran with it. This location should be ashamed.

I paid over $100 for Mother’s Day delivery that should’ve contained 2 arrangements & 2 balloons. Pictures on the site of what I ordered vs what was delivered. They sent only one arrangement that looked like a kids craft project and one ballon. I’ve been calling this location NON-STOP leaving messages and no one answers the phone. I paid extra for delivery as I live in a different state 10+ hours & could not pickup. I contacted customer service and the automated line keeps redirecting me to the store’s voicemail. I received an email from a do-not-reply CS email address w/ a reference number, but no contact from anyone. I am owed a refund for this entire order. I’ve never had any issues with company as a whole & I can’t believe there isn’t a better system in place. EA, you website says you will refund the customer if they are not 100% satisfied with their order and this is beyond a disappointment in satisfaction.
